Put on your creative hat and have fun with your homework this week!

Someone asked me yesterday why we have homework in Art. Well, the answer is that we have very little time together in class each week. The best way to get better at drawing, painting, sculpting, or anything that you may be interested in is to practice. Some say that to become a master at any endeavor takes at least 10,000 hours of dedicated practice. You have a week to do these homework assignments that should only take 20-60 minutes to complete beautifully. Of course, you are always encouraged to explore further and practice even more if you have the interest!
