This week I would like you to choose an image that you would be interested in painting on a square canvas 10″ x 10″. That is a square format so choose an image that would work well as a square and then print it out in Black and White and bring to class next week. The image can be just about any subject that you would be interested in painting, an animal, landscape, figure, or even an abstraction.

If you have no access to a printer at home or school computer lab/library then you may do a detailed
sketch of your chosen image as well. The main idea is that you have something in mind for the content/ subject of your 1st “game day” painting on canvas that we will start next week.
