This week in honor of All Saints Day, I would like you to choose an image of a favorite Saint to draw in your sketchbook. One of my favorites has always been St. Francis of Assisi.

For this week I would like you to choose an interesting object that casts a shadow to draw in your sketchbook….since we are starting a new Qtr. please mark it with a number 1.

You could choose a still life object, take a picture of your own shadow, the shadow of a tree, etc. just make it something that is interesting for you and have fun!

For this week I would like you to draw a bicycle in your sketchbook. It would be best if you can draw one from life, but if you don’t have one around you may use an on-line image. Pay attention to the negative spaces between the frame and wheels. Have fun and do your best!
