I honor of the Holy Trinity Tigers basketball playoff games being held here tonight, for this last homework before spring break, I would like you to choose one of these basketball player silhouettes to draw in your sketchbook.

If you want to go further, you may search out a photograph of a BB player in action to draw if you prefer. Have fun and good luck Tigers!

For your homework this week I would like you to choose a Black and White photo of any interesting face and do a small value drawing to practice for your next “Game Day” project. Please make the drawing about the size of a standard playing card 2 !/2″  X 3 1/2 “. Do your best and have fun.

If you want to choose a specific face to work on for your project please bring  a full page B&W print out of the face to class with you.

For this week, with Valentines Day coming up this weekend I would like you to choose a  Vintage Valentine to draw in your sketchbook. There are lots of different subjects to choose from, pick one that will be fun for you to draw and do your best.
